Running up for Air (RUFA) is an endurance mountain challenge raising money and awareness for improving air quality along the Wasatch Front. On February 10-11, 2018, the race begins as participants see how many times they can ascend Grandeur Peak in Salt Lake Valley in a 6, 12, or 24 hour period.

Last year the nearly $10,000 raised by this event, allowing us to bring air quality awareness to thousands of students from Logan to Provo for better air in the years to come. Your donation urges on these endurance athletes in their pursuit of ultimate physical achievement, mental breakthrough, and pristine air.

The Front Climbing Club is joining the fight for clean air in the Salt Lake Valley! We have partnered with the local ultra-running legend, Jared Campbell to create a climbing endurance challenge that not only tests your fitness but raises money for an excellent cause! Based on his Running Up For Air lap challenge on Grandeur Peak in Millcreek Canyon, participants in Climbing Up For Air will climb as many laps as possible on Saturday, February 10th at The Front to raise money for Breathe Utah, a non-profit focused on legislative and community solutions to our poor air quality.
