Repeals certain provisions limiting a local highway authority's ability to enact restrictions on vehicle idling.
A law was passed in 2012 that requires any idling ordinance passed by cities to meet certain requirements. This bill would reduce the number of required warnings from 3 to 1, allowing for better enforcement.
